Shipping Policy
At KOKÉ, every bottle is brewed by hand in small batches right here in Singapore — fresh to order. Because our kombucha is living and made just for you, please read our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Where we ship
We currently ship within Singapore only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Brewed fresh to order — timeline
Every order is brewed fresh to order rather than held in stock, so please allow:
- Brewing: 5–7 days before your order is dispatched.
- Delivery: a further 3–5 business days by our local courier.
- In total, allow around 2 weeks (roughly 8–12 business days) from order to doorstep.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin brewing on the next business day. It's worth the wait for a living, small-batch brew.
Delivery options
- Standard courier — delivered cold-packed across Singapore (3–5 business days after dispatch).
- Local delivery — free on orders over $60 within 15km of our base; we'll confirm your slot by email.
- Self-collect — free pickup from us; we'll let you know when your fresh order is ready.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size, shown before you complete your purchase.
Keeping your kombucha fresh
Kombucha is a live, perishable product, so handling on delivery matters:
- Orders are cold-packed to keep your bottles cool in transit.
- Please refrigerate your kombucha as soon as it arrives.
- Choose a delivery address where someone can receive and refrigerate the order promptly. We can't guarantee the condition of bottles left unattended for long periods in warm conditions.
A little natural sediment, cloudiness, or fizz is completely normal — a sign your kombucha is alive and unpasteurised.
Order tracking
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details where available.
Delivery details and failed deliveries
- Please double-check your delivery address and contact number at checkout — we can't redirect a parcel once dispatched.
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one available, you may be responsible for any re-delivery costs.
- As our product is perishable and brewed to order, we're unable to refund orders that spoil due to an incorrect address, repeated failed deliveries, or delays in collecting and refrigerating your order.
Damaged or leaking bottles
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@kokekombuchas.com with your order number and clear photos. We'll review every case and make it right where the issue is on our end.
Delays
Once an order is with our courier partner, delivery is partly in their hands. KOKÉ isn't liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other events beyond our control — but we'll always help if something goes wrong.
